How to Set Up
- Remove the needle from the pump handle.
- Screw the needle into the pump tip until secure.
- Find the air valve on the ball.
- Insert the needle gently and inflate the ball.
- Stop when the ball is full and firm, but not overinflated.
- To deflate, insert the needle into the valve and gently press the ball to release air.
Play & Care Tips
Use the toy for supervised interactive play only. After outdoor, beach, pool, or muddy play, rinse with clean water and allow it to air dry before storage.
Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

I ordered this for our dog, and it came unable to inflate. (First picture) Inside there was a card, with their customer service information, saying to contact them if there were any issues. They immediately responded when I emailed them, and sent us a replacement ball! We got the new one and it worked! (Second picture)
Our boxer loves big play balls and we used to buy the large tennis balls but she would bite them until she could get a grip to carry them around and then rip them apart. With the tags on this ball she’s happy to chew on them and hold them while prancing around the yard. She loves this ball! 3 days in and no problems!

Ball came with a air pump which is a plus but I thought a medium would be bigger. My boy already loves it already. Should've got a Large or X-Large because the medium is pretty small and my dog will outgrow it.
This has quickly become my 8-month-old shepherd's favorite ball. I ordered 2 so my other one has her own too. It's easy to throw holding on to the hooks and easy for him to pick up, shake, or chew on (the hooks) hmmm. I even got one for my friend's dog and it's now his favorite ball as well.
